Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a specimen of (Tamarisk; Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida; Caryophyllales; Tamaricaceae). The assembly contains two haplotypes with total lengths of 1,404.82 megabases and 1,536.15 megabases. Most of haplotype 1 (98.66%) is scaffolded into 12 chromosomal pseudomolecules. Haplotype 2 was assembled to scaffold level. The mitochondrial and plastid genome assemblies have lengths of 483.72 kilobases and 156.16 kilobases, respectively.
