Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a specimen of Jersey cudweed, (Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida; Asterales; Asteraceae). The genome sequence has a total length of 881.35 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 7 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial and plastid genome assemblies have lengths of 241.68 kilobases and 153.41 kilobases, respectively.
