Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a specimen of (Mucoromycota; Mucoromycetes; Mucorales; Mucoraceae). The genome sequence spans 34.90 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 6 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 43.89 kilobases in length.
