Abstract
We present a genome assembly from an individual (the wood avens; Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida; Rosales; Rosaceae). The genome sequence is 1,304.9 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 21 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial and plastid genomes have also been assembled and are 335.5 and 156.1 kilobases in length respectively.
