A description is provided for , found on bark, wood, dead branches and other woody debris, and has been recorded in sputum of humans suffering from cystic fibrosis. Some information on its associated organisms and substrata, dispersal and transmission, habitats and conservation status is given, along with details of its geographical distribution (Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sweden, UK), North America (Canada (Nunavut, Ontario), USA (Florida))).
