Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a specimen of (Ascomycota; Sordariomycetes; Hypocreales; Hypocreaceae). The genome sequence has a total length of 32.90 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 7 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 45.11 kilobases in length.
