Abstract
R.Br., an unusual herbaceous lithophyte that grows on limestone cliffs in the rainforests from South Thailand and across the Malay Peninsula, is described and illustrated. The species, along with others in the genus, is known for its exceptional morphology, growing only a single large leaf. also features beautiful, stalked inflorescences that emerge directly from the leaf itself.
