Abstract

We present a genome assembly from a specimen of (the glistening inkcap; Basidiomycota; Agaricomycetes; Agaricales; Psathyrellaceae). The genome sequence is 52.0 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 13 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 54.99 kilobases in length.
