Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a (soft rush; Tracheophyta; Magnoliopsida; Poales; Juncaceae). The genome sequence is 242.9 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 21 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome is 519.0 kilobases long, while the plastid genome is 175.1 kilobases long.
