Abstract
A description is provided for . Some information on its dispersal and transmission, associated organisms (including [ ]), and conservation status is given, along with details of its habitat and geographical distribution (Asia (Azerbaijan and Georgia), Europe (Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Lithuania, Romania, UK and Ukraine)). Conidiomata of this species are produced on dead twigs and other woody parts, but there in no information about colonization or relations with the colonized tissues. This species appears in a list of fungi purpotedly dangerous to plants on the Romanian coast, but no evidence is presented of any actual damage. No other reports of negative economic impacts have been found.
