Abstract
We present a genome assembly from an individual (yellow bugle; Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida; Lamiales; Lamiaceae). The genome sequence has a total length of 891.60 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 14 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial and plastid genome assemblies have lengths of 418.31 kilobases and 150.7 kilobases, respectively. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 23,755 protein-coding genes.
