Abstract
A description is provided for . Some information on its dispersal and transmission, associated organisms (including sp.), and conservation status is given, along with details of its habitat and geographical distribution: Asia (Russia), Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Ukraine, North America: Canada (Ontario), USA (New York and Pennsylvania). Ascomata of this species are produced on dead leaves, but nothing is known of how or when those leaves are colonized. No reports of negative economic impacts have been found.
