The genome sequence of weasel’s snout, Misopates orontium (L.) Raf. (Plantaginaceae).
We present a genome assembly from an individual (weasel’s snout; Tracheophyta; Magnoliopsida; Lamiales; Plantaginaceae). The genome sequence is 361.0 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 8 chromosomal pseudomolecules.
