The genome sequence of thale cress, Arabidopsis thaliana (Heynh., 1842).
We present a genome assembly of an specimen (thale cress; Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida; Brassicales; Brassicaceae). The genome sequence spans 138 megabases. Most of the assembly (98.76%) is scaffolded into five chromosomal pseudomolecules.
